Job Opportunity: Maintenance/Purchasing Co-ordinator Cork
We are seeking a Maintenance Stores / Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our clients busy site team in Cork. This role supports the Maintenance Department by managing procurement and stock control of mechanical, electrical, and consumable goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and order maintenance-related goods and materials
- Build supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Create and process purchase orders using PEMAC software
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
- Manage deliveries, stock control, and inventory systems
- Maintain accurate purchasing and stores records
- Uphold health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in procurement or stores coordination
- PEMAC system experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
