The role involves assisting in the overall running of the Sales Office to deliver a superior and efficient customer care service that produces agreed sales results while enhancing the local brand. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets including prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business. Dealing with customer queries requires referring unresolved/technical queries to the relevant personnel. Ensuring all systems as laid down by the Company are complied with. Working closely with Branch Manager ensures maintaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial product range and completing industry qualifications as appropriate. The ideal candidate should be able to work flexibly within the Sales Office participating in various office tasks which may include going to the Mart. Providing relief support other Sales Offices in region required.
