Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled financial operations specialist to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, requiring a high level of attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including clocking system administration, travel expenses processing and reporting, bi-weekly payroll processing, cash/card reconciliation, centre specific creditors reconciliations, tracking agency usage across the service, and dealing with queries to the finance office.
* Clocking System Administration: The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing clocking systems, ensuring accurate time records and efficient payroll processing.
* Travel Expenses Processing and Reporting: The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and reconciling travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing: Our ideal candidate will have experience in bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
* Cash/Card Reconciliation: The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling cash and card transactions, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action.
* Centre Specific Creditors Reconciliations: The ideal candidate will be able to manage creditor reconciliations for each centre, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Tracking Agency Usage Across the Service: The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking agency usage, providing regular reports to management, and making recommendations for process improvements.
* Dealing with Queries to the Finance Office: Our ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries from staff, managers, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent;
* Minimum 2 Years' Experience in Financial Operations;
* Strong Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills;
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
* Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
