Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Coordinator to manage our research projects across multiple Research Performing Organisations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in project management and the BioPharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage PMTC Research Projects across multiple RPO's
* Manage the Technology Transfer of PMTC Research outputs to Pharmaceutical Industry sites
* Identify, collate and present key metrics to help drive all projects and enable clear communications to all stakeholders
* Organise and manage meetings and forums to enable the work of the PMTC
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' Programme management experience in an Industry/Research project or other multi-stakeholder projects
* Proven track record of intra and inter-organisational stakeholder management
* Evidence of Stakeholder management
* Bachelor's Degree (level 8 NFQ) or higher in any discipline or substantial acquired experience in the Higher Education Sector
Benefits
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The contract is initially until the end of December 2025 with the possibility of extension thereafter.
Others
The role will involve travel within Ireland to RPO and Industry partner sites on occasion. We are an equal opportunities employer.
