Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team in delivering high-quality training and assessment in line with national standards for plant and machinery operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver training and assessment in accordance with SOLAS CSCS/QSCS guidelines.
* Support the continuous improvement of training programmes and contribute to centre audits as required.
* Ensure compliance with all SOLAS and QQI quality assurance standards.
* Maintain accurate learner records, assessments, and certification documentation.
* Conduct trainee evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support learner progression.
* Promote safe operating practices and ensure all training is delivered in a controlled, safety-focused environment.
* Keep up to date with industry regulations, training standards, and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of SOLAS CSCS/QSCS guidelines.
* Experience in delivering training and assessment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
