2026 is a major growth year for us, and we are now hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a true field sales role.
You'll be:
* Meeting builders, designers and trade customers
* Visiting sites and offices across the region
* Building long-term client relationships
* Managing your own sales pipeline
* Bringing high-quality projects into the business
You'll be fully supported by:
* An internal sales team
* Strong admin and scheduling support
* Marketing and lead generation systems
This role is about selling and relationships, not admin or firefighting.
* Proven sales experience (field or relationship-based preferred)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable working independently on the road
* Full clean driving licence
* Professional, reliable and motivated
Industry experience is helpful but not essential - training will be provided.
