Director, Sales
An exempt senior‑level role responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline within the UK & Ireland market. The incumbent will engage with CXO‑level clients, collaborate with Sales Representatives, Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and partners, and craft compelling value propositions. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, cross‑functional teamwork and expertise in selling complex CX solutions and technology services.
Measures of Success
Accelerate revenue and market presence by spearheading initiatives to significantly increase revenue, pipeline, and market share for Concentrix
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline targets
Craft compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate Concentrix in the market
Actively participate in key industry events to expand networks and identify new opportunities
Formulate and execute targeted vertical or sector sales strategies
Sustain and grow a robust sales pipeline that supports ongoing growth
Collaborate with stakeholders across Concentrix business units to expand reach and adoption of all Concentrix solutions
Lead and manage contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Build and maintain long‑term strategic client relationships
Support internal and external sales enablementEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and client experience
Be prepared for moderate travel to support role responsibilities
Qualifications
Highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong results orientation with a track record of exceeding objectives
Deep experience in CX solutions that combine people and technology solutions with proven success selling complex transformational CX operations
Prior experience in Software, Infrastructure, Platform, or Contact Center environments including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and CCaaS
Preferred experience in Product and Cloud Engineering, Application Development, CX Technology (CRM and CCaaS), and Data Analytics and Engineering
Exceptional communication and executive‑level presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to inspire partnerships
Consultative selling expertise with a client‑centric approach
Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a team‑based environment
Resourceful problem‑solver with innovative thinking
