* Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations across various outlets
* Maintain consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
* Lead and guide junior kitchen staff during service
* Assist with seasonal menu planning and recipe development
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in hotel kitchens
* Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
* Effective leadership and communication abilities
* Ability to work under pressure
* Food Safety certified
* Passionate about delivering exceptional food and guest experiences
