We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our kitchen team as a Commis Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meal ingredients, including washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits.
Main Responsibilities:
* To prepare high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
* Daily preparation of fresh sandwiches and soups according to established recipes.
* To set up for lunch and dinner service according to the menu plan.
* To ensure that food from own station is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
* To perform cleaning duties and maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
About the Role Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or suitable qualification.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Possession of a passion for food and hospitality.
* Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends.
* Good command of the English language.
