With over 36,000 professionals across 70+ countries, we are united in our mission to improve quality of life and solve the world's most complex challenges.Be part of something meaningful – join us Main responsibilityManage the E&I contractor to ensure they achieve the required E&I systems completions (support the walkdown, punch listing and system completion process)ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the project is constructed in accordance with the latest approved, Issued for Construction (IFC) design informationConduct daily walk through of the site with the contractors to assess site safety and housekeepingManage, supervise, and coordinate the construction worksEnsure that the individual system mechanical completion milestones are deliveredAvoid wasted effort by ensuring all available resources are put to the most effective and efficient useEnsure subcontractors work to the latest revision of IFC deliverablesWith the Turnover Manager, ensure the system mechanical completions are delivered to plan in terms of physical plant and supporting documentationEnsure an effective close-out of the construction phase of the project with timely completionWhy Join Arcadis?
