We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our Checkout and Online Departments in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
What We Are Looking For In Our Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or a similar environment
* Proven ability to balance cash handling accurately and efficiently
* Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
* Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to customer needs quickly and effectively
* High attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Key Accountabilities
1. Drive sales and performance through effective use of KPI reports, financial data, and employee knowledge
2. Ensure all staff members receive the necessary training and are fully competent in their duties
3. Maintain high standards of merchandising and presentation within the department at all times
4. Attend management meetings and contribute valuable insights, updates, and improvements to implement with the team
5. Develop and share product knowledge across the department, driving improved processes and enhancing customer experience
