About the Role:

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional support and ensure our reception area runs smoothly.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage customer inquiries and respond efficiently
* Handle administrative tasks with ease, including filing, reporting, database management, and stock control
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within professional services
* Strong proficiency in MS Suite and excellent communication skills
* Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
