Financial Consultant – Partnerships Team

Responsibilities
* Create and Deliver Insightful Reports: Prepare high-quality client recommendation reports and financial planning summaries following adviser meetings.
* Market & Product Research: Analyse and compare investment, pension, and protection products within the Irish market.
* Technical Support: Obtain and review product quotations, performance data, and policy documents from providers.
* Client Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date client records using our CRM and back-office systems.
* Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all advice and documentation meet Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and internal compliance standards.
* Advisor Support: Assist with meeting preparation – including valuations, policy summaries, and other client materials.
* Team Collaboration: Work alongside Senior Advisors to shape and refine financial strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Skills & Experience
* QFA qualification is required.
* 1–2 years of experience in financial planning, life & pensions, or investment administration.
* A solid grasp of pensions (PRSA, Executive, ARF), investments, and protection products.
* Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM or financial planning software is a bonus.
