CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER II - MEDICAL DAY UNIT Applications from suitably qualified persons are invited to apply for the permanent position (31.5 hours per week) of Clinical Nurse Manager 2, Medical Day Unit The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements at a minimum: Registered with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Nursing Diploma or relevant experience essential Minimum 5 years post registration nursing Effective Leadership and Communication skills Management qualification desirable Proven ability in the areas of change management, resource management, conflict resolution, quality & safety management, problem solving and operational planning.
