Talent Acquisition Specialist Dublin | Hybrid (Tue & Wed in office) |Are you passionate about early careers, employer branding, and creating exceptional candidate experiences?Our client are looking for aproactive, organised, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialistto take full ownership of their global Internship Programme.This is your chance to design, manage, and deliver the full programme lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.You'll be the driving force behind building our early talent pipeline, partnering with managers, universities, and student organisations to ensure our interns have a seamless, engaging, and impactful experience.Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end internship programme, from planning through to contracts.Partner with managers to define requirements and role profiles.Drive attraction strategies via universities, career fairs, and digital outreach .Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns – screening, interviewing, and shortlisting top talent.Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and ongoing engagement initiatives.Act as the go-to contact for interns, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and supportive journey.Track programme effectiveness and deliver continuous improvements.Requirements:Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or early careers programme management (high-volume is a plus).Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Excellent communication skills – confident working with diverse stakeholders.A people person: pragmatic, energetic, resilient, and solutions-focused.Familiarity with ATSIdeally you've worked in marketing/advertising or managed internship/graduate programmes.Why?
