Sales Executive – New Business

Archer Recruitment is expanding and seeking a driven sales executive to join our team, where you will be responsible for new business growth, along with the growth of existing business. This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you will gain exposure and control of the entire sale cycle from prospecting to close, and account management.

What You Will Do:

* Own the Prospecting Game
* Hunt, engage, and pitch Archer's specialist recruitment services to new clients, shaping terms of business from day one.
* Close the Deal -
Run negotiations end-to-end and close impactful deals with senior decision-makers across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and financial services sectors.
* Grow & Scale Accounts -
Manage and grow your client portfolio, becoming a trusted advisor while consistently generating new revenue.

What You Will Have:

* Proven Sales Experience
– At least 3 years postgrad experience, including 9+ months excelling in a sales role.
