Job Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of project cost management in Ireland.
* The successful candidate will be involved in projects based in Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Project Cost Management
* Tender and Contract Document Preparation
* Issuing Payment Certificates Following Company Procedures
* Change Control Process Management
* Clients and Design Team Coordination
* Subcontractors and Suppliers Appointment and Management
* Cost Analysis of Subcontractor Packages
* Risk Management, Value Management, and Cost Control
Requirements:
* Degree Qualified
* At Least 3-5+ Years' Post Graduate QS Experience
* Experience in Preparing Valuations, Variation Management, CVR Reporting, Payment Certificates
* Apartment Developments Experience Preferred but Not Essential
