Job Title: Safety and Compliance Specialist

The role of the Safety and Compliance Specialist is pivotal in ensuring a culture of safety, legal compliance, and proactive risk management across all aspects of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Champion the company's EHS strategy by embedding robust systems, policies, and procedures across the project lifecycle.
* Act as a key advisor to project teams, management, and subcontractors on all health, safety, and environmental matters.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, industry standards,and internal governance frameworks.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting sustainable safe working practices.
To achieve these goals you will be responsible for leading the delivery of site-specific safety training including onboarding inductions for new employees and subcontractor personnel. You will oversee the preparation review ,and implementationof task-specific EHS documentation such as RAMS (risk assessments method statements) permits to work SPAs. Scheduled site audits
safety inspections generating actionable reports ensuring timely resolution of any findings. Conducting incident reporting investigations escalating to relevant stakeholders communicating lessons learned drives proactive completion & documentation
