Our client, a major multinational player and leading employer in the region, within the engineering components sector, is now seeking seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Direct Sales Marketing Support professional to join their marketing team.So, if you have Sales /Marketing experience in a similar role, are curious, analytical, and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, then please apply todayThe Role:This role works closely with the Direct Sales Lead, the Marketing team, and internal departments to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects for the Direct Salesforce.The position is also responsible for the management and ongoing updating of the internal sales system "Speedy", ensuring it is effectively maintained and actively utilised as a marketing and sales support tool. The role requires strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills, with the ability to contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day operational tasks.Key Responsibilities to include:Marketing Collaboration & Campaign SupportCollaborate with the Marketing team, Direct Sales Lead, and other internal teams on marketing strategiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digitalAttend promotional events and campaigns to facilitate their successful deliveryCommunicate marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms to maximise reach and engagementContent & Materials DevelopmentCreate marketing materials such as monthly newsletters, presentations, and incentive updatesPrepare, format, and edit a range of documents to support sales and marketing initiatives for example achievement lettersEnsure all materials align with company branding and messaging guidelinesSales System & ReportingManage, maintain, and regularly update the Speedy sales system to ensure accuracy and effectivenessEnsure the system is utilised as a marketing and sales enablement toolCreate and interpret a variety of reports to support marketing and sales performance trackingAdministrative & Operational SupportUndertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functionality and coordination of departmental activities.Provide general office support as required.Brand & Product KnowledgeDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand and productsEnsure all marketing communications accurately reflect brand values and product positioningSkills & Qualifications that we need:Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related disciplineSales Marketing experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B environmentStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and compliance awareness Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/marketing platformsExperience using design or content-creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative SuiteCurious, analytical, and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.The Offer:This a permanent full-time role, with hybrid work model, with negotiable salary that will depend on the experience and qualifications of the candidate but is expected to be in region of €32K per annum, plus bonus.How to Apply:If you are interested in applying or want to know more about this role please contact,Orlaigh FitzGerald-Quinn in Cpl Limerick on or email your CV to (email protected).For a full list of our open jobs, please have a look
