Financial Operations Director

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial and office operations of a service provider in the healthcare sector. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to lead this effort.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage finances, monitor income and expenditure, and provide regular financial reports
* Oversee debtors, liaise with auditors and funders, and support payroll processing
* Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administration functions
* Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
* Manage supplier accounts and negotiate contracts for value
* Support senior leadership with meeting materials and minutes
* Assist with grant applications and other projects as needed
