Customer Acquisition Representative
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team.
About the Role:
* Pursue new customer leads through face-to-face sales, providing personalized support to prospective customers in analyzing and controlling their energy costs.
* Develop strategic sales approaches to maximize customer engagement and ensure a high success rate.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
* Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
* Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.
About You:
* You will be self-motivated, resilient, and passionate about sales.
* A target-driven individual, motivated by On Target Earnings (OTE) and quality of service.
* Ambitious and proactive, always seeking solutions.
* You possess an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Benefits:
* €2,000 sign-on bonus after successful probation.
* Basic salary starting from €32,000 - €34,000 per annum.
* Uncapped and realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000 in the first year.
