Lead Venue Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of our leisure and entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the business, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
About the Role:
* Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, costs, and customer experience.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and increase revenue.
* Maintain excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Solid 5 years' experience at senior management level in a fast-paced, customer-focused leisure or hospitality sector.
* Demonstrated people management, training, and development skills.
* Fully accountable for business targets or KPIs in current and previous roles.
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
* Approachable and enthusiastic manner with a can-do attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Excel, & Word.
