About the Role
We're looking for a very experienced, proactive and strategic Account Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of A2P messaging clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of A2P messaging clients with a focus on retention and growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Conduct regular account reviews and reporting
* Collaborate across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver value
* Identify high-potential accounts and focus on strategic development
* Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of our account management approach
What You Bring
* 6+ years of account management experience within the A2P SMS industry
* A strong network of telecom industry contacts
* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficiency in English (required)
