Project Development Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled project development lead to contribute to the successful introduction and optimization of automated manufacturing lines within our global network.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, coordinating with equipment suppliers, and ensuring seamless start-up and scale-up processes.
* Develop process documentation and technical procedures for medical device processes and equipment.
* Review equipment design and consult with scientific/engineering personnel to select measurement methods and resolve hardware/software issues.
* Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor improvements affecting yield and cycle time.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of relevant experience with automated manufacturing processes.
* 2+ years of experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
