Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Professional to fill a key role within our organization.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees, clients, and contractors across various projects in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
The incumbent will:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing H&S functionality and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to provide expertise in Health & Safety (H&S) and educate them on the benefits of a strong health and safety policy.
* Take a holistic view of sites, design improvements and initiatives, and conduct detailed assessments and documentation across cost, risk, and performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably in large construction programs.
* PSDP and PSCS experience, as well as a full Irish Driving License.
* The ability to work on site, manage your own schedule, and make decisions that benefit the company in the long term.
* Excellent people management skills and a positive attitude.
