About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a food and beverage team in a busy venue. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service experiences and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily operations of all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and event catering.
2. Responsible for all elements of staff management, including coordination of daily operational plans, recruitment, training, development, rostering, and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
3. Oversee service delivery during key events, functions, and regular dining.
4. Manage systems for stock management, cost control, and supplier coordination.
5. Collaborate creatively with the Head Chef on menu selection for dining and events, as well as beverage offerings.
Requirements:
* Previous management experience in a hospitality setting within a hospitality venue, preferably hotel or fine dining setting.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
* Owning transport due to the location's remote nature.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and familiarity with computerised management and control systems.
