Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all store operations and administration to ensure we deliver excellent customer service.
* Liaise with the visual merchandising team to ensure that the showroom is presented in an appealing manner and updated regularly.
* Motivate and develop a sales team through regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance management.
* Monitor staff attendance, timekeeping, productivity, and presentation on an ongoing basis.
