We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24-hour inpatient service. We offer rehabilitation and end of life care for people in the local community.
SalaryNote: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care to impact on patient health and wellbeing in a positive and proactive way, liaising closely with nursing and therapy staff.
* Provide and document care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team and using own initiative when appropriate.
* Be flexible and able to work days and nights on the ward.
Qualifications and requirements
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of patient safety and adherence to organisational values.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently to deliver care.
