Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of quality assurance and control processes for civils and concrete projects.
* Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to meet industry standards and client requirements.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Management of quality documentation using digital tools such as Fieldview and Viewpoint systems.
* Development and review of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Collaboration with project teams and clients on quality issues, providing timely resolutions and support.
* Training and development of team members on quality standards and best practices.
* Analysis and reporting of key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
A relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management is essential for this role. Proven experience in civils and concrete quality management is required. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems is necessary for success in this position. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
