About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Safety Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous quality improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

* Mental Health Act Administration: Guide the practical application of the Mental Health Act 2001 and maintain compliance systems.
">
* Quality Improvement Planning: Support cross-functional teams in key areas including audit scheduling, risk management, and document control.
">
* Incident Management: Support risk register maintenance and incident tracking, conduct trend analysis, and assist with reporting to national systems.
">
* Complaints and Feedback: Track and analyse patient and staff feedback, assist in implementing action plans based on feedback data, and support the administration of quality and patient safety systems.
">
* Administrative Duties: Help with electronic patient record rollouts, ICT user access, record retrieval, and election processes for inpatients.
">

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare or a relevant clinical setting, proven knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2001, and strong IT skills. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
">
A third-level qualification in a health-related discipline and experience in a mental health setting are desirable. Additionally, training and policy rollout skills, report writing, and leadership in patient safety or quality improvement projects would be beneficial.

Working Hours and Contract Type:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 39 hours per week.
