Job DescriptionThe National Account Manager will report to the Senior Sales Manager in Ireland. The person will be focused on developing relationships with key multiple retail accounts and delivering the commercial plans across a number of categories within the brand.The successful candidate will collaborate cross functionally with brand/marketing teams, GTM's, logistics and finance. Business development & product training will be a significant part of this role and successful candidate will spend a lot of time in store training staff on product & ensuring product is displayed in line with brand guidelines. Ensuring promotional calendars are being followed and developing the business with key retail partners, influencing decision makers to ensure sales quotas are exceeded. Experience working with electrical retailers in Ireland would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping relationship at store & head office level with new and existing retail partnersCustomer focused and honoring commitmentsEnsuring regular instore training is carried out in order to ensure staff are comfortable selling eufy brandNegotiate instore displays as well as incremental space ensuring eufy is properly displayed and merchandisedSupporting line manager to ensure quarterly KPI's & sales quotas are achievedWorking to ensure projects are completed in time in line with CME budgetAbility to analyse sales information and come up with solutions to problems & plans for opportunityWork closely with GTM's & line manger to ensure promotions are activated on time and marketing campaigns are being followedCollect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor's analysis & instore feedback.Monitor the customer through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary management. All must be kept up to date weekly.Work with the Ops team to deliver against forecast, keeping Aged stock to a minimum.Attend & participate in trade shows as and when requested by the business.RequirementsElectrical industry experience desirableDegree in Business related areaAt least one year in a sales or product training roleEnergetic, engaging & positive approachStrong communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent relationship building and teamwork skillsPlanning and organising abilityResilience, & able to work on own initiativeGood IT skillsFull clean driving license
