About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Technology Executive to lead a high-performing tech team and drive innovation in Accounts Payable automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technology Strategy & Vision – Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Team Leadership & Culture – Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class technology team across multiple locations and time zones.
* Product & Platform Oversight – Oversee architecture, development, deployment, and scalability of core software and systems.
* Innovation & Emerging Tech – Evaluate and implement AI and automation technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with executives, board members, and product teams to drive measurable business value.
* Governance & Compliance – Ensure security, reliability, and adherence to standards such as ISO27001.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, deep expertise in software development, systems architecture, and IT operations, experience scaling technology in multi-location, high-growth SaaS businesses, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
