Junior Medical Receptionist | Dublin 12
At Staffline Recruitment we have a wonderful opportunity available for a Junior Medical Receptionist to join our client based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated candidate with strong customer service and organisational skill to join a supportive team and work as part of a dynamic, successful and forward thinking organisation in the medical field.
The purpose of this position will be to provide excellent front of house and administrative support to a busy team within this medical company who have a reputation for operating high quality services and delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Front of house and first point of contact for patients attending our Ballymount clinic
2. Welcoming patients and checking them in for their clinic appointments
3. Managing outgoing post daily for the Customer Care & Nurse Teams
4. Product order placement & processing Realex payment transactions
5. Shared inbox management & task delegation
6. Creating patient appointments at our nationwide clinics
7. Patient data management; Inputting & updating patient records in Therefore, MPS and SAP CRM databases
8. Accurate, efficient and timely data entry and sales admin
9. Working to daily KPIs and month end deadlines and providing reports on same
10. Provide support to Customer Care, Diagnostics & Clinical teams
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
11. Minimum 1 year reception experience in a fast-paced administrative environment, able to adapt to most situations
12. A self-starter that demonstrates initiative and knows how to prioritise their work
13. Proven attention to detail and follow through
