You will ensure your projects meet their budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Your duties will include client management in this role, and candidates with experience in Contracts Administration will be prioritized.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management7+ years' experience neededExposure to Irish Contract Administration beneficialTrack-record in leading teams in client-facing rolesExposure to establishing PEP's for large-scale projectsPrevious experience in Close-out of project and associated DocumentationExperience in coordinating development budgets for Client approvalMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.Package:Competitive salary, along with discretionary bonus, pension and other benefits.
