Regional Sales Growth Manager
The successful Regional Sales Growth Manager will drive the sales of solar PV systems in the domestic market, identify and convert new residential leads while nurturing existing customer relationships. This individual will conduct thorough home consultations and site assessments to provide tailored energy solutions based on customer needs.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal teams such as engineering, installation, and support, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of solar PV technologies and industry trends, and providing regular sales activity and market feedback reports.
* A proven track record in field sales is essential, preferably within the B2C or home improvement sectors.
* Experience in renewable energy or solar PV is highly advantageous.
* This role requires self-motivation, a target-driven approach, and the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
* A full driving license and willingness to travel across the region are also required.
