Head of Quality, Patient Safety & Risk Grade VIII (Full Time (On Site) | Permanent) Applications are invited for the following post: Each candidate must by the latest date of application process: A minimum of 5 years Senior Managerial Experience working in an acute Hospital in-patient setting, in a post that has involved quality and patient safety management as relevant to this role And A 3rd level qualification in a clinical field Or Hold a QQI academic award at Level 8 or higher in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare on the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) framework or equivalent.
And Have experience of Incident Management processes and subsequent System Analysis Investigation processes.
Experience of leading and implementing Quality improvement initiatives within a Health setting.
Experience of changing organisational culture regarding Quality and Patient Safety through the delivery of education and training.
Experience of Team Leadership and collaborative working with multiple stakeholders.
