OverviewRecruitment Consultant - Tech - Central Dublin. This role focuses on delivery in a 180 position with no cold sales. You will step in to work existing accounts, manage relationships, and fill roles across the tech landscape (software engineers, DevOps, cyber security, data scientists, analysts, project managers). You should be able to sell opportunities to the right candidates and bring market knowledge back to the business development team.The setup is autonomous with support from your manager to facilitate rather than dictate. There is excellent training, a clear progression structure, and a culture that promotes based on performance.
