Front Office Professional
We are seeking a Front Office Professional to join our hotel team in County Kerry. This key role plays a significant part in ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued, while supporting the smooth running of the front office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times
* Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries using hotel systems
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and reservations, utilizing hotel software
* Support the front office team with day-to-day operations and delegation of tasks
* Contribute to the seamless operation of reception during early and late shifts, including weekends
* Maintain high standards of professionalism and presentation throughout your duties
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist or front office role within a hotel environment
* Valid work permits with documentation are essential for this position
* Excellent communication, computer, and telephone skills are required for success
* Previous experience with a CRM system is highly beneficial
* Able to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns (early and late)
* Strong organisational skills and a professional approach are essential
