Site Manager – Education Project

€80,000‑€90,000 + full package (vehicle or travel allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare etc.)
About the role:
* You'll be responsible for all on‑site management of a large education project (new school or campus), ensuring the works are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
* Manage a large team of subcontractors, foremen, site workers.
* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety laws and building regulations.
* Oversee scheduling, quality control, procurement coordination, site logistics.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
* At least
6-8 years
experience managing medium to large scale construction / building projects, ideally in education or institutional building.
* Proven track record delivering complex projects in Ireland (or the UK if equivalent).
* Degree or certification in Construction Management / Civil Engineering or a strong trade background with demonstrable managerial roles.
* Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, ability to forecast / control costs.
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations.
* Full driving license.
