The Role You'll Play
You will lead and develop a team of sales professionals to drive growth and revenue. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the success of our sales team, and you'll be instrumental in shaping our business strategy.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to work in a fast-paced environment that's constantly evolving.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Manage, coach, and scale a team of sales executives
2. Assist your team in understanding customer needs and mapping them to our value proposition
3. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
4. Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
5. Participate in hiring and interviewing processes, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members
What We Look For
* A seasoned sales leader with 3-5 years of experience in tech sales
* Experience building and growing a sales team from scratch
* Ability to accurately forecast sales performance and drive results
* Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
