Process Engineer Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our chemical processes.
You'll develop deep technical expertise, support scale-up and new product introduction, and lead improvements that enhance yield, quality, and process performance.
* Develop deep expertise in the site's reactive chemical processes, associated equipment, and supporting systems.
* Ensure safe operation of all processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical or operational issues.
* Optimize processes to achieve consistent quality, performance, and improved yields, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
