Job Title: Director of Operations
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our operations team in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of food processing, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
About the Role:
* Direct supervision of industrial operations including Quality Assurance, Milling Operations, Maintenance, and product storage.
* Development and execution of strategic business plans.
* Servicing as a key member of senior management for short- and long-term planning initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field is required. Over 10 years of management experience in industrial operations or food manufacturing with understanding of agricultural commodities markets preferred. Additionally, experience managing operations in developing countries with knowledge on food distribution advantageous along with ability addressing theft fraud while working within the Caribbean Community
