Hire Force is partnering with a leading private lender in the Irish market, renowned for its strong reputation and impact within their field.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Drive business development, including market engagement, relationship building, and horizon scanning for new opportunities.
Conduct detailed credit analysis to support investment recommendations, including financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, valuation, and risk/return assessments.
Manage and monitor existing investments, ensuring proactive credit oversight, covenant compliance, and trading performance analysis.
Deliver timely credit insights, preparing concise investment memos and presenting to the Executive Team and Investment Committee.
Oversee transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and Investment Committee processes.
Support, mentor, and develop junior team members, contributing to a high-performing culture.
Candidate Profile
5+ years of investment or lending experience (principal or advisory side).
Strong academic background, ideally in finance, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical ability, with strong Excel and Power Point skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
Collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, growth, and team success.
