About the Role
This position provides crucial support to the day-to-day operations of the Organisational Development (OD) function and contributes to multiple strategic and operational projects.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
* Provide administrative and operational support for the OD team across all activities.
* Assist in the coordination and delivery of OD projects, including change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
* Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives, leadership programmes, and talent management strategies.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for OD projects and activities.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of OD initiatives.
* Contribute to research and analysis to inform OD strategies and decision-making.
* Handle ad-hoc duties and tasks as required to support the HR and OD function.
Key Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices is essential, as well as experience working in a similar role or capacity.
