Overview
Brothers of Charity Services Ireland offers a variety of residential, day, respite, assessment, and clinical services to individuals with varying degrees of intellectual disability.
Many of the people we support have additional needs, including autism, behaviours that challenge, and physical or sensory disabilities.
Services and supports are provided to over 6,500 people, and their families, throughout Counties Clare, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Roscommon, Tipperary, Wexford and Waterford.

Responsibilities
Support Workers provide a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services.
They are responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day.
This includes meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well-being.
A major focus is to assist and support People Supported by the Services with the development of their Individual Plans and achievement of associated outcomes.
In addition, a critical component is to support People Supported by the Services in community participation and integration.
