Concession Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-performing teams in a multi-brand concession setting, promoting a 5-star customer experience, and driving commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking direct ownership of store performance and identifying opportunities for further growth
* Maintaining a commercial approach to role and operations, to maximise store profitability
* Nurturing, coaching, and developing strong diverse teams with a focus on delivering first-class customer experience
* Proactively identifying opportunities to ensure continued success in the store
* Recognising key areas of strength within the team and areas for growth
Requirements:
* A customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Capable in managing high-performing teams in a multi-brand concession setting
* Able to demonstrate ability to influence and coach colleagues and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels
* Confident in delivery and motivated to add value, utilising strengths of team around you to think 'bigger picture'
* A natural role model with a passion and authority, and both a 'people' as well as a 'commercial' person
