This expansion will see the opening of new, purpose-led children's residential services, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced leaders to be involved from the outset.
This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced Social Care professional who is motivated to lead, shape, and develop a high-quality service for young people in care.
The Role As Social Care Manager, you will have full responsibility for the effective delivery of a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
