Ranked amongst the UK's 15 Best Big Companies to Work For in 2025, we offer fantastic career and development opportunities within a rapidly growing, innovative Group — where all profits go to charity and good causes.What you'll be doing Handle claims from notification to closure, within agreed service standards, in order to obtain optimum settlement for company and customerNegotiate and settle claims within your authority, working in line with claims handling guidesActively manage case load by regularly reviewing and reporting on individual claims portfolioPlan, prioritise and manage individual work to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs to deliver exceptional claims customer service to customers, brokers and claimantsAct on individual audit results and agreed action plans within agreed deadlines to improve own performanceWhat you'll need to have Experience in handling commercial property and liability claims from 'cradle to grave'Leaving Certificate or equivalent experienceAPA minimum.
