The Green Light Cafe, located in the Great National South Court Hotel, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated qualified barista to join our vibrant team.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work weekdays and weekend mornings, with a start time of 7 am.
Your Key Responsibilities: Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and speciality beverages.
Deliver friendly, efficient, and exceptional customer service to every guest.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Work collaboratively with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for guests.
Keep the cafe environment tidy, stocked, and inviting.
Ideal Candidate: Passionate about coffee with a genuine enthusiasm for learning more.
Previous barista experience with the ability to prepare high-quality coffee drinks, preferably minimum 1 year of experience.
Friendly, guest-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Outgoing and bubbly personality, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all customers.
Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced cafe setting.
Clear and professional communicator with both customers and team members.
High attention to detail, taking pride in presentation and cleanliness.
Must be available to start work at 7am and be flexible to work both midweek and weekends.
