Finance / Office AdministratorWe are seeking an organised and proactive Finance/ Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both the office management and finance functions of our business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, as well as assisting with the preparation and management of financial records.Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance Support:Assist in the processing of purchase invoices and liaising with suppliers for invoice discrepancies.Prepare and process sales invoices and assist with collections.Accounts Payable – processing creditor invoices, monthly payment runs.Creditor control reports – reconciling creditor statements, aged creditor reports.Accounts Receivable - processing incoming cheque payments, lodgements with the bank, issuing receipts upon request.Debtors control reports – processing monthly/quarterly debtor reports, issuing reminders, contacting debtors.Monthly bank Reconciliations – processing monthly standing orders, direct debits and reconciling bank accounts.Assist with payroll processing as required, ensuring timely and accurate payments.Updating new starter/leaver details on Sage payroll.Calculating holiday pay & sick pay and dealing with any queries regarding same.Ensuring accuracy of payroll data and records.Resolving payroll queries from employees and management.Creating and transmission of bank file for fortnightly payment.Assist in the preparation of file for yearend audits.Office Administration:Manage general office duties, including answering phones, handling emails, and greeting visitors.Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and documentation.Assist in organising internal/external meetings.Provide administrative support within the organisation.Requirements:Must have a valid permit and/or visa to work in IrelandAt least two years' experience in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage) is a plus.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a professional attitude.This position is full time onsite.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingSick payApplication question(s):If you are authorised to work in Ireland please confirm what stamp you hold.
